Below is a picture of Sydney showing off her new tennis shoes. She also got a new coat, new backpack and lots of new clothes. This was good, because with her birthday being right after Christmas, we definatley did not need any more toys around our house.
But she did get THREE new babies, which made her very happy!
On Sunday, January 20th, which was her actual birthday, we went to the Maple Grove maze to play for awhile in the morning. To our surprise Sydney's friends Avery, Becca and Harrison from school were also there. It was Sydney's first time at the maze and she had a great time playing in the balls and going down the slides with her friends and big sister. That night we took Sydney out to dinner at MacTavish's in Brooklyn Park. Here's her eating her hamburger and carrots, just like she requested. Then her and Lindsey split a oreo sundae for dessert. I'd say, it turned out to be a pretty good birthday.
